Who we are

We are Stefania Fornoni and Cristina Lazzari, certified image consultants with great expertise in professional image counselling and experience of teaching in training institutes and academies.

Despite many similarities, there are also aspects that differentiate and complement us, such as the cities in which we live (Rome and Milan, whose spirit we are proud to represent), and our certifications: one of French, the other of American origin.

And it is thanks to this complementarity and the values we share that we were able to conceive and shape an innovative and important project like BEST.

Cristina Lazzari

French IDRI certification (2011) from the Institut De Relooking International, Paris

Degree in Political Science (Rome), a diploma in Marketing Management (Lausanne, Switzerland) and a certification as Digital Learning Trainer (ISTF, France)

I collaborate with the Istituto degli Studi Superiori sulla Donna [Institute for Advanced Studies on Women], offering workshops and lectures on personal image and style.

In partnership with coaches, vocational counsellors and outplacement companies, I deal with professional image definition in market repositioning programmes.

I am an active member of the AFIPP (Association Francophone pour l’Image et la Posture Professionnelle [French-Speaking Association for Professional Image and Positioning])

My professional approach is characterised by a mix of Italian style (I was born in Italy), French training and Swiss discipline (I live between Switzerland and Italy).

I have worked with prestigious companies like Citibank, Accenture, Valore D, Borsa Italiana, JP Morgan, Gen.Re, La Rinascente, L’Oréal, Revlon, Guerlain, Elizabeth Arden, Bulgari, Linklaters and others.

Before getting into image consulting in 2008, I had garnered a wealth of experience working in multinational business contexts.

I wrote an article about the strategic business image in the book ‘Personal Branding per le Aziende’ [‘Personal Branding for Companies’] by L. Centenaro and S. Zanella (published by Hoepli in 2019)

Milan is my city. I wouldn’t ever want to leave it.

Body Language Coach and Personal Image Consultant

I teach people how to communicate effectively through body language and how to use their voice, offering one-to-one or group courses, also working in business contexts.

My background as a dance teacher, and the skills I have acquired in neurolinguistic programming and non-verbal communication, have enabled me to promote the use of the body as a tool for enhancing expressive potential.

I collaborated as teacher with AWP (Associazione Wedding Planner [Italian Wedding Planner Association]), Cibiesse-CFMT Business School, ManagerItalia, Biosthétique and the international programme of School for Dreamers.

I have written articles for the community Secretary.it and the online magazine TheWproject.it.

After obtaining a degree in interpreting and communication from Milan’s IULM University, I trained as a Personal Image Consultant at the Accademia del Lusso [Academy De Luxe] in Milan.

I feel compelled to help people present themselves to their best advantage ‘Show the world who you are’ is my motto.
